Booking Confirmation

The booking is confirmed on receipt of the acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale together with the quote stamped and signed with the words "Bon pour Accord" ("Approved, agreed, confirmed").

Prices

The prices on the agreement/quote are given for a period up to an option date.

The prices confirmed on the agreement are firm for 1 month from the date on which it is sent to the Guest, except in the event of legislative/regulatory changes.

After this period, they may be modified to align with economic conditions.

Tourist tax may be charged on top of these prices. The prices may be modified in the event of legislative and/or regulatory changes likely to lead to price variations, such as a change in the applicable VAT rate, the introduction of new taxes, the modification of the rules for the application of tourist tax, etc. The VAT rate applied will be the rate in force on the date of invoicing.

Deposit

The deposit must be 30% of the total amount (including VAT) of the quote.

This must be paid 180 days prior to the stay.

If we have not received the deposit within the specified time, the booking will not be considered confirmed. The booking will therefore be cancelled, the rooms will be put up for sale again, and the prices confirmed on the quote cannot be maintained.

Payment methods

The balance of the invoice must be paid on the day of departure.

If requested when booking, we can send an invoice after the group's departure. To guarantee payment, please provide the hotel with a credit card number.

The invoice is payable on receipt.

If payment is not received within 15 days of the group's departure, any delay will result in the invoicing of late payment penalties corresponding to an increase of 15% on the total invoice without prior notice.

All costs incurred by the hotel in recovering outstanding debts shall be paid by the guest.

Cancellation terms

TOTAL cancellation penalties for the Group:
  • 30% of the quote including VAT for cancellations between 30 and 60 days prior to the stay
  • 50% of the quote including VAT for cancellations between 15 and 29 days prior to the stay
  • 70% of the quote including VAT for cancellations between 8 and 14 days prior to the stay
  • 90% of the quote including VAT for cancellations between 2 and 7 days prior to the stay
  • 100% of the quote including VAT, for cancellations made within 2 days of the check-in.

Change in the number of participants: (% calculated based on the quotation quota)
  • 50% of the quota can be cancelled between 30 and 60 days prior to the stay
  • 20% of the quota can be cancelled between 8 and 29 days prior to the stay
  • 10% of the quota can be cancelled between 2 and 7 days

All cancellations made within 2 days of check-in will be invoiced at the rate agreed on the quote.
